My name is Saroj Tharanath Vittal, From last one month I am suffering from headache and unconfortableness( I am feeling giddy (chakkar Ana). At times I get very scared and My fingers get numb and cold. Please solve my problem and I need your blessings Baba.

You need to consult a doctor - not Baba.
The reason could be anything from weakness to pressure problem.
