The crux lies here. All along people looted and got bail. That is the history. The assumption was she and the others would also be given bail.

The fact is being a woman she has committed a manly act. She cannot ask for bail now because of her being a woman. She forgot her womanliness when she committed the loot. That is the reason despite CBI not opposing her bail, the court would like to take a calculated view.

How will you like if we men commit crimes thru our women folks and ask for remission. It will be a very dangerous precedent.

Think there is no politics at all.

Yes and that is why even the law enforcing authorities didnot oppose her bail but then only hopes cannot win cases/bail
