Q.

It was the happiesy day in India's life when Supreme Court granted bail to Dr. Bibek Sen and ruled that favouring the Naxal view is not 'Desh Droh' (Treason). Doesn't that prove Democracy is alive in India?

Right to differ is so natural that Apex court could not resist giving favour to Mr Sen.With the painful state of affairs in democratic power-grabing and encroching poltical goonaism,SC must have thought for its role so that the country does not go to Naxal-way in mass.

Th SC could deliver this verdict seamlessly because action taken against Dr. Sen was by some moron policemen, not a powerful politician. If a politician came down on Dr. Sen it would be hard. Yeah regardless, the SC court ruling makes m quite happy tho :P Otherwise, my arse too would be grass :_)
