Let's be clear on this. Alcoholism an addiction to alcohol, like drug addiction is addiction to intoxiating drugs. So, addiction is bad and choice of substance for consumption should be made with discretion. Drinking moderately doesn't cause any disease, especially when the quality of the beverage is good. What one gets in many parts of the world which goes by the false prense of 'whiskey' (or any other name0 is actually HOOCH. It is highly detrimental to health.
Drinking should be done by those who have the capacity to stand it.
Alcoholic drinks are for the sensible and NOT for the foolish.
