Bajaj copied Vespa design ond exported
vespa to USA and paid penalty around 1984 out of court settlement.
How come HMSI is copying Vespa ET4 and Vespa P150 and Bajaj legend 4Sin the name of Activa and Eterno and still
manage to produce without any penalty.
Are Bajaj and Vespa scared to take them to court ?
