Why has Hasan Gafoor been singled out for the lapses on part of Mumbai Police in handling the terrorist attack of 26/11/2008, on Mumbai ?
1) Is he incompetent OR
2) did he deliberately mishandle the situation ?
If Incompetent - why was he made Police Commissioner of Mumbai ?
If deliberate - why has he not been punished? Transfer is not enough.
Does the Director General of Police - Maharashtra state have a higher position and more power than Police Commissioner of Mumbai ?
Why did not M N Roy immediately take over control from Gafoor ?

These are all a part of finding a scape goat and perpetual blame game. It is sad that our politicians and bureaucrats will not unite and work even at the time of national crisis
