Last week The Times Of India Chennai edition had published a map showing that Pallavaram Municipality in the proposed New Chennai Corporation limits. Today "The Hindu" had published a map and also mentioned all the Municipalities which come under the proposed new Chennai Corporation wherein "Pallavaram" do not find a place !.
Who is on the wrong reporting.. Is it Times Of India or The Hindu?

Both the newspapers have credence among a vast number of readers for their genuine reports...but...somewhere something could have gone wrong...and...most probably, the beat reporters covering that area could have been fed with some misinformation, which sometimes happens at any-level with the civic authorities...!

Since Pallavaram falls under Tambaram, it is also included in the Greater Chennai.
