Two ways..
1. by Confronting the causes of worries and thru rectification process
and it is not within your capacity.. then
2. By channelising your thoughts in some productive activities or changing your priorities...
I do this way..

Either find solution for what is bothering you or ignore it and divert your mind and attention into something better which can give happiness and peace of mind to you. Certain things and problems will be beyond our reach , we better not spend time worrying about it. Leave it to God or others to decide the destiny for it ....!
