I am able to speak english but iam not able to communicate with people in english

communicate in any other language which u know. try to learn English. As u can't communicate in English he may not be able to communicate in the language which u know. So both know one language and no one is superior. Learn English if possible. But do not hesitate to communicate in any language. friendship is beyond any language, religion, cast etc.

it may be due to ur shy let it go.try to speak in english with ur parents r siblings even when u make mistakes dont bother continue to talk in eng. at a point of time u can see the result.watch english news channels,read news journels.

No problem u practice ur english communication with ur close friends then it will became easy to communicate with others. avoid ur fearness while speaking
