Q.

India happen to be the largest Importers of defence supplies in the world, still she is incapable of thwarting Pak from poking its nose on her. There looks to be policy deficit here, towards this rogue nation. Your views please.

Tough measures are required to stop Pakistan poking it's red nose in our nation. We can expect this only after the next elections - whoever wins.
Those who have seen the PM of Pakistan during the talks in USA, must have seen him looking tense. Civilian governments do not enjoy the real power in that country. They are likes bulls with ropes in their noses. The ropes are in the hands of their army and ISI.
Any politician showing too much friendship towards India is dumped.

The current geo politics and commerce does not favor wars..India can very well annihilate pakistan within a few days time but that would mean an even bigger conflict including USA and allies, china and allies etc...hence its the game of checks and balances using commerce nowadays..
