Give her MUTTON PAYA soup on daily basis with a few coriander seeds thrown in for flavour and try walking at a slow pace n daily basis. Medicines do not seem to have an effect. but, THE PAYA soup should add some jelly to the required joints.
it is loss of fluid between the joints that creates this situation.

Ask her to please drink more water. In small quantities from time to time. Over a period you will find that she feels improvement in her condition.

Check other good docs at Bombay Hospital or Leelavati. I found Amin very ill behaved and arrongant.
