Q.
Indian National Congress haazzzzzir ho! US court has summoned Congress party and Kamal Nath in connection with 1984 Sikh 'genocide' case in 18 states of India (all ruled by Congress). The US Federal Court has given 21 days to submit the response. Case was filed by Sikhs For Justice(SFJ) a US based Human Rights group. So, in response to the summons, should INC give haaziri in US court now?
