Hi! Start weight training under the guidance of a certified trainer. Increase your intake of proteins (fish, chicken, egg white, soya, dairy, lentils and pulses), carbohydrates (bread, pasta, cereals, rice, chapati, fruits) and good fats (olive oil, fish, nuts, avacados). Have a fruit and nut milkshake every evening,.

If u want to increase ur weight then after lucnch sleep atlest for 90min.then ur weight will get increase. but chak first that ur not suffering from hookworm disease.

Have dairy products
have lots of dry fruits
follow healthy diet rich with oil and ghee.
increase the intake of non veg food .

After you acheive your goal of weight then control it for fitness.
