I took the GRE in March 2003. Thus, my scores will be valid only till March 2008. I want to apply for Aug 2008. So at the time of the intake in Aug, my scores will not be valid. Will this affect my admissions?

You are right. Your scores will not be valid beyond 5 years. You need to re-appear for GRE.

To apply for august 2008 the process would need to be started long time ago... somewhere in month of Jan... so check with GMAC themself for more clarification...
