For laptop, there is no internal TV tuner card. In external TV tuner cards, you do not get the facility to record programs. Therefore, I would suggest you to buy Pinnacle TV tuner cards (internal) only for your 'desktop' computer. They are available for Rs.2,500. The external USB TV tuner cards (not from the Pinnacle brand) are available for Rs. 1500 for laptops.
