HI,
today going abroad does not mean you will get a good job and better position,
You can go for higher studies here in India itself which will prepare a platform for you to enter into the market,
You can opt for an MBA(IT), as it is one of the emerging sectors in India today,

Symbiosis institute of computer studies and research(SICSR),offers a 2yr full time MBA(IT),with specialization in bachelor application management, software process management,M.Sc(CA),with specialization in system administration ,image processing, software development &embeded system.
refer (sicsr.ac.in) for further details.

,Symbiosis is a world class institution for MBA aspirants.

Yes, surely. But you may have to equip additionally with certain courses like TOEFEL, Communication skill etc. Better would be to join an Indian Company gain some practical experience, equip better and try. Good luck.
