- Buy battery operated car - like Rewa
- Buy Car that runs on CNG/LPG/Diesel
- Wait till the time you can afford fuel
- Buy second hand car, money saved can be used for running the same
- Take long term loan and use your car very judiciously

Use water and air (all are free of cost) nothing is wrong and don't drive the car.
