Q.

What are the going rates at Chandivali (between Andheri East & Powai) for a 4 year old apartment. Should I hold the property or is there a fare chance to get better rates in near future (say 6- 8 months)

1.

The rates are highly overpriced. Besides Chandivali as a place has very poor connectivity and infrastructure.
