I think, this Lokpal movement was just a symbolism towards mass awakening process by the National Elites irrespective of Political Parties towards a big change.. With the closure of UPA -II, it will be beginning of new era and hence the Lokpal bill and AH's acceptance..

In my opinion, itz extension of hallucination of Aam Admi which is recurring over decades but with different dressings.
If fundamentals are not correct, it will not give desired results. In short, Lokapal is nothing but extrapolating the Janapad during Chanaky team which is being extrapolated from few lakh population to 1.2 billion population, which is not practical and pragmatic.
