This is an extremely timely question, my friend. Only the authorities responsible for monitoring our financial affairs will be in a position to reply to this, if, indeed they have any reply at all. My reply to this would be that everything, esp.in our country, commands a price. There must have been a price behind the fact that no responsible person took notice of this gentleman's amassing this amount of wealth, using crooked means. Just think of this. There must also have been a price behind the then Chief Minister of Maharashtra state turning a blind eye to Dawood and his gang of thugs and now, it is we, the citizens who are ultimately called upon to pay the price for our politicians' connivance with the gangs of thugs and anti-nationals and traitors. Shame on you, politicians, shame on your vote bank politics !
