I don't subscribe to this. It's a private concern like Sathyam and the people at the helm used it for their personal benefits and self aggrandisement, forgetting the responsibility and obligation. By giving them Govt. help other similar concerns will be encouraged to swallow public money meant for infrastructure development for the country. Let the person drink water, if he has swallowed too much salt.

Why is the govt bailing out an enterprise run by a multi crorepathi whereas small bunk shops whose owners toil like dogs don't even find an iota of help, but only VAT and more VAT? This is ridiculous, if govt bails out Kingfisher. Several of my businesses have flopped....and I was supplying good shoes to various govt depts, schools etc. So why shouldn't I have gotten a bailout?

People who need bail from govt are those on the lower income strata, not multi millionares.

I am not in favour of a bail out by Government. Why should the tax payer's money be spent on bail out packages ?

If they are unable to run a business - the logical end will be its closure. UB Group is too smart to pump in their own money.

The UPA government is looking into this. Our PM is also concerned. Something tangible will emerge and we all could fly again.

Why should govt. should bail-out freeks like Malya?

Let him moderate his life style before he look at Govt. for bail-out. If he has money for T20, horse, Formula race and all, why not he manage his business properly?
