Q.

Now that Nithari accused Moninder Singh Pandher and his servant Surender Koli have been found guilty, what about those who abetted them? Killing on such a large scale could not have gone unnoticed without d knowledge of d ppl. From d impunity with which d crimes were committed, its evident dat d killers had ample backing from d authorities.Corruption in the system has been laid bare.Hope justice is pronounced in d other cases as well. I will say here that police are also to be taken to task. Isnt it?? your views please??

Yes merely punishing these two would not be enuff. Police should thorougly investigate this case so that many more things which are still in dark would come out. It is true that killing on such a large surely could not hve gone unnoticed. There must be many people who r indulged in this henous act. Police should find out those cultprits too. So that such type of cases will not occur again.

Dear Cyrus-ji, abetment and backing has different meaning. An abettor should be and liable for more punishment ofcourse, of proved. I think there is no record like that. Backing, here means avoiding to register the offence or neglecting. It is very difficult to prove such type of offence. Ur views are honourable, but not practical for that purpose.
