and exchange for old car
but sell ur new car in dollar

Can not get at that price.
suppose ----
you sold your car when rupee was equal to rs. 40 per dollar, and you sold it for rs. 100 000, now you must give 1,64,000 to receive you car back. or gold for rupees one lakh which you could buy at the price then prevaling.
you can not get yur car for rs. one lakh which you had received.
