It is not scissor delivery , bur caesarian delivery

Cesarean means a deliveryof a baby fromthe uterusthrough a surgicalincision made in lower abdomenthis operation is indicatedwherein babys head istoo large and mothers bony structureare too smallto permit normal delivery or proloned labourwhich failed to respondwhich faILS TO RESPONDSTIMULATION AND WHERE NORMAL DELIVERY IS NOT PROBABLEOR IN CASEIN WHICH PLACENTA THE ATTACHMENTOF THE BABY TO THE WALL OF MOTHERS WOMBSEPERATES FROM UTERUS BEFORE THE BABYIS READY TO BE BORN or baby lies in an abnormal position or when mother has high blood pressureand ther abnormalitiesor tumuors or fibroidsdiabeetes etc.the stage of labour number of previous pregancies and the general conditons of patient doctor decides whether to go for the operation or not.Conditions are examined by sonography studies also

Little difference- both fall within scope for successful procedure. One is less costly and natural, later one makes doctor richer.
