1st thing why it is hated is because of the corrupt and dishonest politicians who more often than not have worked against the people and their interests. 2nd reason is that because it would mean coming out in the open arena to be ridiculed by even small incidences in your life by your opponents which puts a person's repute to risk publicly

Had most of the peoples hated politics then there would have been not a vote cast of 60 to 80 percent in different states.Well some voting may be forceful/ illegal casting,if we take that to be 10% then actuals are 56% to 72%.Do not belive what people are saying, but conclude on what they are doing. Reasons for voting affinity may be some kind of short term to long term benefits. Here everybody is aware of everything but doing something otherwise.

I will not agree that Politics is hated by all because we would have been hating this , there would not be so many parties and political leaders.
There are 2 options
1 . people like politicians
2. people doesn't like politicians

simple and middle class people will never like politicians because thy are scared of them as thy have power to do anythng
rich people have money to defend themselves.
we will like only those politicians from whom we are benefited and if not thn we will not like them also.

so it depends which politicians help us and troubles us. so its liking and not hatred.
