I run a Music N Dance Academy since 6 yrs.. and have tried on everything like conducting workshops, organised events, offered discounts, done shows free of cost just about everything.But am not satisfied with the current status of my business.The quality offered by our institute is just excellent..as our students have received recognition at various levels. But financially have not benefited much out of it. Any suggestion you can give

Could it be lack of spark ? - when did you recently try something new ? - apart from conventional medthods / skills - in either dance / it's propaganda

You have to add commercial value to the services which you offer.
Make contacts in the film, TV and advertisement industry.
Once you are in position to be able to promise placement to your students, people will flock to you
