Include food from all the sources,to get variety and nutrients from different food group
making choices from more groups provides essential vitamin,minerals,protein and fat in body
1.Cereals and milletes -like bajra ,wheat, ragi,jowar,rice,
have in form of daliya or chapati
2.Pulses and legumes-all kind of dals
try to include mixed dals or srpouts,or snacks like moong dal chilas
3.Dairy and products- milk, paneer,curd
drink buttermilk, add chenna or paneer in veg or salad or tikkis,drink milk shakes
4.leafy vegetable- like palak,methi
can add in dal or chapati dough ...more
