Q.
I m serving in the army and going on permanent retirement on 31st mar 2012. I have a shop which is on rent with somebody at yamuna Nagar Haryana.Now i m in need of my shop for my own use after retirement,but shopkeeper is not agree to vacate shop in any condition. He is demanding 15.00.000 Rs for vacate the shop in 2 number and i m not in the condition to pay this large amount of money.what can i do for this matter?.

After retirement from service you can send a Legal Notice to the Tenant calling him to quit and vacate the shop room for your own use and requirement,if the Tenant would not comply as per notice then file a suit for Eviction of Tenant in Civil Court on reasonable requirement ground.--------------------------Minansu Bhadra,Advocate,Phone:+919836589246

If you have papers with you,file a complaint..Also you can take this matter to civil court ..Consult a lawyer first
