If a person has chosen the career - education - due to his / her love for educatation - he or she will definitely will work hard to teach proffessionlly well and is bound to win the confidence / respect from his her students.
in India quality of eduction has gone down because faculty is required to hndle more number of students - some times more thn 50 to 100 students re in one class. This reduces the chances of sensible interction between student and faculty (teacher or say guru).
quality of eduction is better in mny foreign countries because there - persons are taking up a profession of techer - as passion and are well paid.
