Only for doing ms office you need nt go to any instt. you can learn by yourself; you may purchase a book on MSoffice....
if you wish to learn languages like C, C++, C#, oracle, or the modern languages you should join an institute which conducts courses approved under the licence/regisration from a well known university whose dip/degre holders have recognition in the govt. departments.
