You can not blame the Private Colleges. Fault lies with the Government Machineries, who are secretly in collussion with the PRIVATE ENTERPRENEURS and always keep less seats ,than the demand, at any point of time.

Though it has been banned by sc biut for politicians no rule to be obeyed.recently two colleges owned by union ministeres have been given show cause notices by hrd ministry but since they are forming govt. nothing will happen
