No , they are different, ragi is Nachni or madua .

NO I THINK RAGI IS DIFFRENT THAN KUTTU, KUTTU IS BUCKWHEAT FLOUR
RAGI IS SAME AS Millet Flour - HINDI NAME IS CHAULAI(SMALL SEEDS WHICH CAN BE POPED IN DRY PAN)
