HCL is trying hard to raise it's brand equity and market share. Recent organizational changes, marketing capaigns and romance with media all reflect that. The new CEO, Vineet Nayar is energetic as well as good strategist and no doublt this company has improved a lot under him and dared to be looked different from others with innovative policies like 'Employee First Costomer Second', 360 degree Feedback' etc. The problem with the industry as a whole is Rupee appreciation as most of the companies' major IT export is towards US. With strong economy and hence stronger Rupee outlook, the IT companies shares are stuck despite of their good performances. Comanies like Infosys and HCLTEC are bound to have steady growth irrespective of market. My advise would be to buy it at less then 310. The share would soon touch 350 or so in couple of months.
