Q.
I honestly wanna control my anger..doing it from last 3-4 days...i know if it comes out it will be very ugly..wht should i do..?

Hi! Exercise helps to reduce stress and anger. Do 30 minutes of brisk cardiovascular exercise. Something like kick boxing will really help!
