It's the time for appraisals in every Company now. What is the usual percent of increment / amount does a company give a hike to its employees?

Its all based on the company's financial targets and their achievement..there is no hard n fast rule..for example..last year EIH ltd gave a 45% increment ti ts employees!! on the other hand LCL gave a 11%!!
