Q.

I have retired from services in SAIL/ISP wef 31/10/2110 (A/N). I am entitled for a pension amount of Rs. 1549/ which is less than two of my friends who joined and retired along with me. This is a continuous loss to me so far as arrear and future is concerned. We had joined the same organisation. On being asked on the desparity, the finance dept executive says that deduction of PF from my salary started later on. but this is not acceptable to me. I want a pension amount at par.

Consult an expert on pension calculations and if you feel injustice has been done to you, write to the SAIL/ISP to re-examine your pension case. If they do not act and you feel you have been wronged, approach the CAT.
