I have noticed in the last six month some builders have have increased price of peoperty by 50%. price at kalyan, panvel, uran, boisar, dombivali have increased by 50%. say rs.,10 lakh flat for rs15 lakhs, rs.15 lakhs flat to rs.,22 lakhs. do people have so much money? who is buying at such high rate? does money grow on tree so as to double in a year. who gives such high % of return. and where would this stop? it will increase continuously or this bubble is about to burst.

Now builders are trying to attract NRIs to buy properties in India. I don't think this bubble is going to burst in near future.
