I have a property in my mother name there is a building but her brother(uncle son) is staying there and he is not entering us in there that property is belongs to both my mother & his brother (uncle son) name what i do please suggest me,

Consult legal experts and initiate proceedings against those occupants under Transfer of Property Act, if they seems to be adamant...!
