I have a problem. while applying for passport, i have entered my birthplace wrongly. is there be any problem for it , when i will go for document verification?

Who can say that you were not born at the birth place you have mentioned in your application for passport. You may have born there during a visit by your parents. Yes, if anyone asks for birth certificate, then may have some problems.

Police verification is generally done at the place of your residence. So if your birth place is not your present address then I think there should not be any problem. I think all the places where you have previously resided are important - both your permenanent address and temporary address.
