Write a letter in detail to Ombudsman at RBI without spending any amount he will come to your rescue and even you can claim the damages: Once a person just for the loss of Rs.2000/- claimed the damages to the tune of Rs.50,000/-

Before filing a case, exhaust all other grievance redressal mechanisms. First write a complaint to their Head Office. If your grievance is not redressed, take up the matter with Banking Ombudsman. Each bank/branch is expected to exhibit the address and procedure of approaching them. Complaint has to be filed in a format prescribed by them. You can approach RBI to find out the address.
