India on the verge of recession now,usa like situation is just going to start from q4 nos. which is going to deepen and fearful than usa,indias recession will strat when usa will start to recover says nomura

Indias ecnomic problems in general may not be as bad as in US....just from a macro view and perspective. But if we look closer at the common and people at the bottom of the pyramaid like what the management gurus call...then our situation is nothing less than a crisis. Only difference is that we are used to and tuned to facing situations like unemployment, poverty, lack of basic amenities, etc.....but in recent times our ability to cope with these is becoming less. So we will also be vulnerable to economic crisis globally as well as locally. We are also closely linked and dependant on USA....so what Nomura says is true to an extent. If we develop despite USA not recovering it will be an interesting trend....but for that our infrastructure should be great enough to propel domestic demand. Also our earnings from non-US economies should improve. We dont have a great infrastrucutre and facilites as in developed economic to get stimulus locally.....but some measures will definitely bring ec ...more
