Dietary fibres in wheat or other cerelas will avoid constipation.
however that doesnt cause weight loss. for weight loss check out

There is nothing like best fiber. There should be a constant input of fiber in every diet throught the day. But remember excess fiber decreases the absorption of iron, calcium, phosphorus, etc. In regard to wheat, I recommend missi roti in the night as it produces less spike of blood glucose.
