Is it safe to invest in ICICI bank? I am planning to invest 1,00,000 in this share. Is it a good choice? Can it withstand the crisis situations going on now?

Why the price of this ICICI has gone down by over 50% which is not the case with other Banks. So avoid and look out for better & safe alternatives.SBI-UNION-HDFC & IDBI.Put 25000/- in each of the Banks.

Good choice to invest but if you want to invest Rs. 1,00,000 then choose atleast 2 stock.. ICICI looks good at this point it is now 363/- and choose L & T another stock invest Rs. 50,000/- for each stock.. both are from different category one from bank and one from Infrastructure.. both are good stock and are available at very good price.... and remember to invest within 1-2 year prospective.. prices may further fall..but if your prospective is for 1-2 year.. You should get a good profit.. Good luck..
