I have 50 share of SBI and 100 of IPCL, in 1st(me), 2nd(wife) and 3rd (doughter,minor)in physical forms, means I don't have demar a/c, What should I do ?

1.
Go to any depositary participant and open a demat account with the same configuration and then you can dematerialize all ur physical shares. Then you can trade on the same. One of teh DP is Integrated Enterprises. There are many though.

Can we not hold them as they are; as I too have SBI shares

First make all the shares in your name if other family member's dont have Pan card.
