The reason you are overweight because you are not eating proper food.The problem with our diet is that we get too many calories, fat, sugar and salt. yoga food therapy can cure it. you have to follow so many food restrictions.
you should avoid milk,curd,buttermilk,
icecreams,sweets,nonveg,eggs,fish,coffee,tea ,nuts(groundnuts,cashewnuts,almonds,pistha etc),pulses(bengal gram,blackgram etc) for 15 days.daily take 400gms of cucumber or 300gms of black grapes.,15 gms of ginger,15 gms of bittergourd.
If a person with disease takes above items,it will give strength to the disease and not nutrition to the body.Fasting is good for any disease. The prohibition of above items is semi-fasting.
