Q.
I had asked a question a few days ago to form an organization which would check the honesty, integrity and sincerity of a person before selecting/electing him for any important post in politics or govt. job. The UPSC has now been authorised by the govt. to introduce a paper in which questions will be asked to check the attitude of a candidate under different conditions one would face - do you hope this step will do some good in the present corrupt system?
