I got some land kerala but, in the records of the village it is categorized as NILAM. So, I cannot build a house
or building. The land is surrounded by houses and
in the land there are coconut trees, teak wood,jackfurit trees etc since 25 years. How to convert this land from the category NILAM to PARAMBU. Whom should I contact. The village officer is unable to change because of act etc. they say. : Sukumaran

Concerned district collector is empowered to alter/add or make any lawfull change in revenue land record,so you should appear in his court in person or through a lawyer
