Of Course you can book your Railway ticket using ATM CUM DEBIT card issued by SBI itself. For that you have register at www.irctc.co.in. After that book your ticket (user guides are available at the site), you will be guided to pay the amount. You can now select from the list 'SBI ATM CUM DEBIT CARD' and click next. You can now give the details like your ATM Card Number, Your card PIN number, Valid From - date and Card Holders name in specified columns. Your payment will be debited from your account if you have sufficient balance. The service charge by the bank will be Rs.10/ per transaction. IRCTC also take their service charge as Rs. 10/- to 25/- per ticket according to the number of passengers.

But you cannot book your Railway Ticket through IRCTC using the ATM CUM DEBIT card issued by any associate bank of State Bank Group - Like State Bank of Travancore ( SBT), State Bank of Mysore(SBM), State Bank of Patila (SBP), State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur(SBBJ), State Bank of Hydera ...more
