Anything which is bad is bad for all, for all places, either in pub, in hotels or in movies. First we have to distinguish whether pubs are necessary or they are evil for the civilized society.

If they are unavoidable part of the society, whether these pubs should be allowed to run in the mid of township or in residential areas has to be decided.

If they are not good, who is supposed to stop such drinking and dancing girls?

If police is inactive and ineffective what the public should do who faces the disturbance in living in such locality where pubs are situated.

If one talks of freedom granted by the Constitution I would like to raise a few questions.
