Q.
I get 12 hours of sleep a day , would it help me to stay younger ...cuz they advised me if i get enough sleep it will keep me young ? ;- D

For a sleep duration is not useful, it should be sound; to keep yourself young do some physical activities also in addition to sleeping.

No. It is not like that.In the case of girls/ladies 8-10 hrs will suffice. Even 6 hours sound sleep will do for normal human beings. Long time sleep will leads to the muscle block and one become fat instead keeping young. This is my experience.
